How to track the progress of a subject

  1. Begin by logging in to the system using the authorized credentials.
  2. Upon successful login, you will land on the dashboard.

Selecting Study and Site:

  1. From the dashboard, locate the study user wants to work with. This might involve navigating through menus or using a search function.
  2. Once you’ve identified the desired study, select it to proceed.
  3. Users will need to choose a specific site associated with the study. Select the appropriate site.

Subject Listing Page: After selecting the study and site, user will arrive at the Subject Listing Page. This page displays a list of subjects enrolled in the chosen study and site.

Subject View Details: Clicking on a specific subject within the list will take you to their dedicated Subject View Page. This page provides a comprehensive overview of the subject’s participation in the study.

Understanding the Subject View Page:

  • The Subject View Page typically displays several key sections:
    • Visit Details: This section lists scheduled or completed visits for the subject within the study.
    • eConsent Status: This section will indicate whether the subject has completed the electronic informed consent form (eConsent).
    • Form Completion Status: This section shows whether the subject has filled out the required CRFs associated with the study.

Review Status: This section displays the review status of the subject’s submitted forms. It indicates if the forms are approved, rejected, require resubmission, or are pending review.
