How we can see the Flow Builder
- Navigate to the Study Listing Page. This is where you’ll find a list of your studies.
- Locate the specific study that contains the CRF you want to view.
- Look for an option labeled “Add Form” or “View Form”. This option might vary depending on the system you’re using. Clicking this button will typically lead you to the CRF details page
- Once you access the CRF details page, there might be a section titled “Flow Builder” or something similar. This section displays the sequence of questions in your CRF.
- You’ll be able to see the order in which questions appear, along with any associated follow-up questions that depend on the participant’s answers.
- This view is for informational purposes only. You cannot directly edit the question flow or logic here.
Editing the Question Flow:
To modify the order of questions, define skip logic, or manage follow-up rules, you need to access the dedicated “CRF Creation” page. This is where you have full control over the CRF’s structure and logic.
